Airport transfers · Heathrow
Heathrow Airport transfers, chauffeur driven.
Door to terminal from Birmingham and the West Midlands, or a name board waiting in arrivals when you land. Fixed prices, live flight tracking and a chauffeur on call 24 hours a day.
Why Apex for LHR
All five terminals.
Heathrow is the airport we drive to more than any other outside Birmingham. Whether you are flying long haul from Terminal 5 or landing at Terminal 2 after an overnight flight, your chauffeur will already be in the arrivals hall, the car will be in the short-stay car park, and the journey home to the Midlands will be the easiest part of the trip.
We know the drop-off levels, the short-stay car parks and the arrivals meeting points at every Heathrow terminal.
- Overnight and early: Heathrow flights leave at unsociable hours. We run 24 hours, so a 4am departure from Solihull is routine.
- Flight tracked, wait included: Delays, early landings and slow passport control are all covered. The first 60 minutes after landing are free.

Questions, answered.
Anything else, call 0333 533 3530 and a person will answer, day or night.
How long does Birmingham to Heathrow take by chauffeur?
Around two hours in normal traffic via the M40 and M25. We plan around peak times and your check-in deadline, and your chauffeur will suggest a pick-up time that leaves a sensible margin.
Which terminal do I put in the booking?
Give us your flight number and we will confirm the terminal for you. If the terminal changes, we track it.
Can you collect me from Heathrow late at night?
Yes. We monitor the flight and meet you in arrivals whatever time it lands, with no night surcharge surprises: the price you are quoted is the price you pay.
Is a Heathrow chauffeur cheaper than two train tickets and a taxi?
For two or more passengers with luggage it is often comparable, and it is door to door with no changes. Enter your route on the booking page to see the fixed price.
